Pierluigi Garbo, JD (Juris Doctor), LLM

Awareness Coach and Facilitator

Pierluigi trained as a mindfulness facilitator and coach at London Meditation with Susann Hermann and Albert Tobler and has been a friend of London Meditation for many years.

He started his journey of personal development several years ago, approaching different techniques. While his main interest is in mindfulness based applications, he maintains a curious attitude and likes to explore the immense field of meditation with an open attitude.

A lawyer by training and education, he has worked in London since 2006 for various City firms. He has a first-hand experience of the stress and difficulties related to highly-paced work environments and more generally of living in a densely populated urban environment. He sees meditation as a door towards a space of inner silence, a vital need in today’s technological frenzy brought by continuous connectivity through social media and endless communication devices.
