Personal Growth

Growing mindfully means to grow in a conscious, purposeful way through an awareness of both the internal and external factors that shape us.

By becoming aware of how our thoughts, feelings and actions are connected and how they are influenced by the external world, we can respond to life in an intentional way instead of just reacting to what happens to us. To grow mindfully incorporates a variety of concepts from neuroscience, psychology and human development.

All of our sessions, courses and events are rooted in mindfulness as a way of cultivating awareness and meditation to provide a tool to enhance your social and emotional interactions.

By enabling people to apply mindfulness to their personal and professional lives, our vision is to educate others to live with greater awareness, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. OnlineLIVE – Residential Events (IOW) – Training for Professionals


The London Meditation OnlineLIVE’s Personal Growth Programmes have the same content as the 8-week formats offered in a classroom, and are taught live by Susann Herrmann (MA). In addition to the group events we also offer one2one sessions to elaborate personal issues and topics more individually.

London Meditation OnlineLIVE is ideal for those people who do not have access in their area, who have commitments or mobility issues that make it difficult to leave home to do a course or session, or who have already done an 8-week format and would like a refresher or follow-up.

Therefore, the London Meditation OnlineLIVE’s Personal Growth Programme contains:

  • Interpersonal Mindfulness Programme (IMP) – One-to-One
  • Mindful Self-Compassion Programme (MSC) – One-to-One

Residential Events (IOW)

Of course, we know how important it is to experience mindfulness with ALL our senses (including touch, smell, taste) and to spend time together in practice and contemplation.

Therefore, we have our residential training events in the natural and beautiful surroundings of the Isle of Wight, which helps to support our mindfulness practice.

The island is easily reached from all over the world (various London Airports + Southampton) and/or directly from London Waterloo by train and ferry in 2hours 40mins!

Trainings for Professionals

People who are now experiencing the advantages of living and working mindfully, on an on-going and growing basis, are able to discover the joy of sharing these first-hand experiences – some even professionally to a high standard and level.
