Community Sitting Group

An intimate way for practitioners to come together on a weekly basis
to sit, practice and study.

This space is open to all curious hearts and minds:
Newcomers to mindfulness, those with some experience
or an established practice, and those on our teacher-training pathway.
We usually meet up to three mornings a week (Sun, Tue, Thu).
